EIZABURO TANAKA

After graduating from Ehime University School of Medicine, he worked as a psychiatrist at the National Center for Global Health and Medicine, Tokyo Metropolitan Umegaoka Hospital, and the Hyogo Prefectural Mental Health Care Center. He specializes in the clinical treatment of trauma and PTSD, as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. He holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Tokyo Graduate School, a Doctor of Medical Science from Osaka University Graduate School, and a Master of Social Epidemiology from University College London. He spent several years in Georgia, China, Jordan, and other countries engaged in international health activities through projects with Doctors Without Borders and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). He currently serves as a Specially Appointed Lecturer at the University of Tokyo Faculty of Liberal Arts.

ATSURO TSUTSUMI

After graduating from the College of Liberal Arts at International Christian University, he completed his doctoral program at the Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo. Doctor of Public Health, Doctor of Medicine. Specializes in international mental health. After working on disaster mental health policy at the WHO, he oversaw the psychological care project following the Sichuan earthquake at JICA. At the UNU Institute for Global Health, he worked on developing UN frameworks such as the Sustainable Development Goals and the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, focusing on mental health and the rights of persons with disabilities. Currently a Professor at the Interdisciplinary Research Center, Kanazawa University.
